- Experience with developing in the Cloud. They are open to any technology.
- Experience with designing and developing scalable systems. NOT looking for someone to just build the diagram and hand it off. Looking for an architect who will be embedded with the development team. Will be doing architecture to start and then moving to development. 30-70 once the initial phase is completed.
- 5+ years of experience scaling JVM-based systems and services
- AWS experience
- Video Experience is a plus
