We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Relationship Officer, Business Banking

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Department: Client Management
Reports to: Team Lead, Business Banking

Job Description

  • Proactively identify the needs of potential customers and offer appropriate financial services and products.
  • Research, identify and convert target Business Banking relationships
  • Research and Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, demographics and other information that affect marketing strategies.
  • Create quality risk assets.
  • Deliver quality customer service in response to customer enquiries
  • Build and maintain good relationship with clients leading to growth in profitability and loan quality of managed accounts portfolio
  • Prepare weekly and monthly report on marketing activities.
  • Prepare monthly performance review report.
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Team Lead or Head, Business Banking.

Qualifications

  • A good 1st degree in Banking & Finance, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Sociology or any related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years operational experience in a commercial bank with particular focus on growing and managing a significant SME/Business Banking loan and deposit portfolio.
