Job Description

You in The Role and on The Team: In this role, you are a highly motivated Support Lead that will help drive customer success by leading our support team and evangelizing our products and services to customers. As our lead for support, you will play a critical role in driving exceptional customer experience with our robotics solutions by guiding and mentoring our support analysts; partnering with technical staff and implementation managers to drive effective support outcomes and ensure customers realize exceptional value from their investment in Prime Robotics services.  

A Day in the Life at Prime Robotics 

  • Lead our team of Support Analysts to deliver great service while continuing to grow professionally. 
  • Prioritize support needs and coordinate response on items with the greatest customer impact first. Work towards developing and implementing a world class support model with our Director of Implementation and Customer Success 
  • Provide hands-on functional and software support for a portion of the time each week by augmenting our Support Analysts during peak periods and helping provide coverage as needed. 
  • Develop exceptional internal and customer relationships based on trust and shared success 
  • Adopt a data-driven approach to support that supports informed decision making and transparency 
  • Use your infectious enthusiasm for technology and customers to share best practices and ways of working with our products. Help our customers take their skill in our products to the next level through periodic training, Q&A, Video's and other engagement approaches. 
  • Travel to customer locations to lay the foundation for effective support by understanding their business needs 

Qualifications

Key success factors

  • Previous experience providing functional and software support including robust    troubleshooting skills. 
  • Database skills including writing queries and updates using SQL. 
  • Linux experience with SSH and scripting. 
  • Strong customer service skills including providing remote service. 
  • Passion for teaching and learning. 
  • Ability to inspire confidence in dealings with others. 
  • Experience leading others as a servant leader. 
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically in fast-paced operational  environments. 
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams 
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Desire to build a personal mission at work in line with this role 
  • Exhibit an exceptional work ethic, adapting swiftly to evolving challenges. 
  • Excited by the challenge of driving outcomes 
  • B.S. in computer science, information systems or 5 years software support experience 

Nice to have: 

  • Prior experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) software  
  • Prior experience with robotics, robotics as a service, and automation 
  • Prior experience at a startup.

The Location: Denver West

The Salary: $60,000-80,000
