Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Robotic System Test Engineer to join our team.The System Tester will be responsible for testing and validating the performance and functionality of our robotic systems, including hardware and software components. The successful candidate will possess a strong technical background in robotics and engineering, and will have experience in developing and executing test plans and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test plans and procedures for hardware and software components of robotic systems
  • Validate system performance and functionality through manual and automated testing
  • Identify and document defects and issues, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve them
  • Maintain test environments and equipment, and develop testing tools and scripts as needed
  • Collaborate with software and hardware engineers to identify and troubleshoot issues
  • Provide regular status reports on testing progress and results
  • Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on system performance and testing requirements
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in robotics and engineering

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in system testing, preferably in a robotics or engineering environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of robotic systems, hardware components, and software
  • Experience with test methodologies and tools such as unit testing, regression testing, and automated testing frameworks
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Salary range for this position is $85,000 - $95,000
