Job Description

  •  Responsible for the development and simulation of robot motion controller, and implementation of the control algorithm on the controller;
  • Responsible for coding, unit testing, test standards/specification writing, and system commissioning;
  • Cooperate with product design, software and hardware team for determining the overall design;
  • Lead a small team to design the architecture of the controller;
  • 负责机器人运动控制器开发及仿真,並能將控制算法高效的实现于控制器上;
  • 负责机器人的编码、单元测试、测试规范,测试规格文件撰写,整机系统调适;
  • 与产品设计、软硬件团队合作,参与总体方案设计;
  • 带领小型团队制定运动控制软件架构;


  • Degree of Automation, mechanical and electrical engineering, computer related majors;
  • Have more than 5 years’ experience in robot controller design and familiar with dynamic simulation and controller design by using matlab simulink;
  • Familiar with C/C++ programming, path tracking & planning, forward-looking algorithms;
  • Familiar with development on linux system and proficient in PID control algorithm;
  • Development experience of AGV control system or motor drives are preferred;
  • Strong communication skills, research spirit and good teamwork awareness;
  • Good at English reading and writing and some level of English listening and speaking.

  • 5年以上工作经验,有机器人控制器设计经验並熟悉使用matlab simulink 进行動力学仿真及控制器设计;
  • 熟练掌握C/C++编程,熟悉路徑跟蹤及規划、前瞻算法等;
  • 熟悉linux系统开发,并熟悉PID控制算法;
  • 具有AGV控制系统或电机驱动器开发经历优先考虑;
  • 较强的沟通能力,钻研精神及良好的团队协作意识;
  • 良好的英语读写能力,一定的英语听说能力;
