Exciting opportunity for a talented recruiter looking to move up in their career.  Fast growing robotics company needs a recruiter who has a proven track record of sourcing highly talented developers and is ready to expand their scope.  You will start focused on recruiting to help us to quickly increase the team size to meet the demand created by our strong sales.  You will also take on other HR functions and if capable, grow into a team leader and HR Director role over the first year.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • The entire recruitment cycle including requisition creation/management
  • Maintaining an organized pipeline of active, viable candidates in each functional area assigned
  • Source active and passive candidates from a variety of sources and communities: online and internal databases, employee referrals, events, networking and research
  • Facilitation of the screening, interviewing and selection process
  • Conduct behavioral interviews to ensure candidates have a cultural fit with Prime
  • Offer negotiations
  • Proactive tracking of progress and all work in our applicant tracking system
  • Providing exceptional hiring manager and candidate experiences.

职位要求

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of technical recruiting experience
  • Strong English speaking and writingExceptional interviewing, communication, negotiation/closing, organization and problem solving skills. 
  • Organized and disciplined, able to self manage
  • Understanding of the Robotics or Supply Chain industries preferred.
