Job Description
Job Summary: The Telecommunication Foreman leads and supervises a crew, ensuring the construction and maintenance of high-quality telecommunications networks. This role demands adherence to customer specifications and rigorous safety protocols while managing various fieldwork aspects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Direct and supervise a crew, promoting efficient and quality performance.
- Project Execution: Oversee the installation of strand and fiber as per project requirements and specifications.
- Technical Skills: Interpret job prints, operate bucket trucks, and engage in pole climbing as needed.
- Documentation: Manage comprehensive documentation related to project progress, safety inspections, and regulatory compliance.
- Safety: Uphold strict safety standards to ensure a secure work environment for all crew members.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in telecommunications, specifically with strand and fiber installations.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical specifications and job prints.
- Skilled in operating bucket trucks and pole climbing.
- Demonstrated leadership with prior experience in managing teams.
- Commitment to upholding safety and quality protocols.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.

Compensation:
- Pay is competitive and depends on experience.
