Job Overview:
Bowlin Group is seeking experienced Equipment Operators skilled in operating bobcats and excavators to join our Communications Division. This role focuses on utilizing specific heavy machinery for construction and maintenance projects. While there is significant work locally, travel is mandatory and may include occasional weekend work. The Equipment Operator will report to our Walton, KY office location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate specialized equipment such as bobcats, excavators, and other construction machinery.
• Read and interpret construction documents and diagrams.
• Maintain equipment and vehicles to ensure optimal operation and safety.
• Execute additional duties as necessary for project completion.

Physical Standards:

• Capable of physically demanding tasks, including extensive walking, lifting, and maneuvering in varying environmental conditions.

Environmental Conditions:

• Outdoor work environment with exposure to various weather and working conditions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience with heavy equipment, specifically bobcats and excavators.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Possession of a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is beneficial but not required.

Compensation:

• Pay is competitive and depends on experience.
