We are seeking Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to join our team in our dynamic call center located in Indianapolis, IN. With paid training, our representatives will be able to play an important role in the mortgage industry and engage with lenders, banking/mortgage institutions and consumers to answer questions and provide important information about HUD FHA and reverse mortgages.

Qualifications

 

  • 2 years of college, or an equivalent work experience
  • 2 years of customer service experience or call center experience
  • Prior experience with residential mortgage loan origination experience is desirable, but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service skills
  • Basic PC skills (including MS Office) and the ability to effectively navigate computer applications and related websites.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems
  • Ability to manage time effectively
