As an Implementation Consultant on our team, you will be involved with all phases of the implementation of a government platform software solution. The ideal candidate must be willing to move to the Washington, DC area. Relocation is available for the perfect fit!

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Code and configure proprietary software products using Visual Basic.Net
• Communicate and consult, daily, with our clients to take in business requirements
• Analyze and maintain data in SQL Server databases 

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• 2+ years of work experience, preferred in implementation, consulting and/or coding
• Object-oriented programming (OOP) skills (Java, C++, C#, Ruby, etc.)
• Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or a related field with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (Copy of transcript required)
• Strong record of academic achievement and clear demonstration of leadership in a work, academic, and/or extracurricular setting
• Ability to identify opportunities for growth and subsequently take a leadership role in exploring new ideas
• Proven experience in applying well-developed problem-solving skills (quantitative, conceptual, analytical)
• Comfortable with significant client interaction and interest in building relationships
• Ability to communicate complex ideas tactfully, both verbally and in writing

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

• Exposure to MS Visual Basic.NET and Oracle DBMS or MS SQL Server is highly desirable
