The Application Engineer will participates in the development of high-performance, customer-specific web-based applications using Entellitrak (a proprietary open architecture), unified platform for Case Management, and Business Process Management solutions. (Training will be provided)

The Application Engineer will work within a team, collaborating with other developers and analysts to design and develop business applications that support mission critical customer needs.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze functional requirements and troubleshoot application code issues utilizing Entellitrak and other proprietary software, tools, and technologies.
• Work closely with other developers and quality assurance engineers to create fixes and enhancements to applications
• Deliver high-quality software that will delight and astound our customers
• Communicate technical and non-technical information clearly, answer technical questions from customers, and be able provide efficient technical solutions to problems
• Responsibilities also include writing technical documentation as directed by agency standards and methodology.

• BA/BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 2+ years of programming experience in Object-oriented programming (OOP) (Java, C++, C#, Ruby, etc.); web server (Apache, JBoss) and SQL databases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be clearable U.S. Citizen.
