We have a great opportunity for a Jr. Recruiter to support a recruiting service provider in Loudoun County, VA. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work from home on full-time basis.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support a Recruiting and Staffing services provider in delivering full life-cycle recruiting services, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing of candidates.
• Analyze the information provided by applicants; screening potential candidates, and present qualified applicants to the hiring manager for review and consideration.
• Coordinate the interviewing process, and conduct reference checks on selected candidates.
• Leverage online recruiting resources and applicant tracking systems to identify and recruit qualified candidates.
• Update various Applicant Tracking Systems accurately and concisely.
• Develop a professional relationship with hiring managers and act as point of contact for all recruiting and staffing services.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.

• Ability to work independently with limited supervision. 
• Associate degree in related field.
• 1+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience.
• Prior experience in sourcing for candidates. (Knowledge of Boolean search operators is desirable).
• Knowledge of interviewing techniques and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
• Ability to review applicants’ resumes and employment applications, and identify relevant skills and experience.
• Ability to multi-task between daily work, weekly/monthly deadlines, and objectives for improvement.
• Excellent customer service skills, and ability to communicate professionally with colleagues, vendors and customers at all levels.
• Ability to meet deadlines with specific time constraints.
• Excellent verbal communication and business writing skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and can-do attitude
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Adaptability and flexibility to support the organization’s growth.
