Job Description

We are seeking a Program Analyst with federal government experience to provide on-site support and training to a government customer.  The successful candidate will provide advanced level support with implementing, maintaining, and managing critical operational processes.

 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Recommends new employee on-boarding processes, tracking, and maintenance in support of the government client mission
  • Identifies project requirements by interviewing customers; analyzing operations; determining project scope; documenting results; preparing customer contracts.
  • Develops problem solutions by describing requirements in a work-flowchart and diagram; analyzing alternative solutions; develop work plans
  • Develops and validates project related sub-area requirements for implementing work plan activities
  • Develops quick reference guides and project team operational support documentation
  • Maintains project plans by researching and resolving problems;
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications and benchmarking state-of-the-art practices
  • Supports every specialized area of the project team as directed
  • Creates and maintains project calendar for meetings and training 
  • Complete project deliverables on time at highest level of quality

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience with federal government project Operation Management support
  • Strong analytical data management skills at the Program/Project management level
  • Strong data analysis, program evaluation and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Ability to employ problem solving techniques to unique situations
  • Ability to use information technology to solve business problems
  • Strong PC skills required specifically high level Microsoft Excel, Project, Visio, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
  • Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Ability to learn and adapt to change
  • Ability to travel domestically
  • Prior experience in a management consulting or business advisory position
  • Excellent presentation and written communication skills
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with active SECRET clearance
