Customer Service Representative (Spanish Bilingual)

Job Description
In this position, the Customer Service Representatives (CSR) will respond to inbound customer service telephone inquiries in a call center environment. In this capacity, the CSR will:
- Respond to telephone inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures.
- Gather information from the caller to properly resolve the situation.
- Communicate appropriate options for resolution.
- Investigate and resolves complaints.
- Refer non-routine inquiries and complaints to senior level Call Center Representatives.
- Use a computer system to research inquiries and log customer calls.
Qualifications
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Must be able to work 9:00 am to 5:30 pm for the first 3 weeks of training, and then 10:30 am-7:00 pm Monday through Friday.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Fluency communicating in both languages, English and Spanish.
- 2+ years of experience with MS Word and Excel or other Word Processing/Database
- Prior call center experience is highly desired.
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
