Job Description

  • Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (Facilities, IT and Admin support), through Improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions
  • Coordinates supporting resources to all departments and projects
  • Coordinates with outside service vendors
  • Executes/oversees corporate purchase process and adhering to departmental budgets
  • Ensure company certifications and licenses are up to date, responsible for submitting renewal documents in timely fashion
  • Maintains company policies and procedures - ensure they are updated, and executed and effectively communicated to employees
  • Facility management
  • Regular meetings with Executive Management reviewing operational concerns.
  • Conduct weekly meetings the operations management team.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience in Office Operations
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management implementing best practices
  • Experience is overseeing building/facility operations.
  • Excels in a fast pace environment, with ability to delegate responsibilities effectively
  • Excellent people manager, open to direction, collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done
  • Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organization
