Primary Source Care are currently recruiting for Care Assistants to work at our client's nursing home in Towcester providing high quality care to adults aged 60 and over with a range of health needs.
Full time, part time and ad-hoc positions available, with hourly rates of pay ranging from £8.50 - £10.00.

About the role
Set in 8 acres of well tendered gardens, the property its self is a manor house with an extension built in 1987 in keeping with the original property. The home caters for all aspects of care including residential, dementia, respite and palliative care.
All rooms have an en-suite and enjoy a lovely view of the gardens.
The home pride themselves on their excellent food and choices. The meals can be taken in the individuals own rooms or in the tastefully decorated dining room. Residents are able to choose from the menu and are assisted by the dining room attendant.
The home has a large conservatory which overlooks the grounds to the rear of the building, there are seating areas for all to enjoy around the grounds.
All care is provided by qualified nurses and trained care assistants. They are a dedicated and very enthusiastic team to ensure that quality care is given at all times. A person-centred approach is adopted for all their residents. This facilitates a purpose for the residents’ days, and in turn increases their self worth and self esteem which enriches not only their lives, but that of their families and friends.

What we need from you
You will need to have at least six months' experience working in a care/supported living environment, and ideally hold a Level 3 Qualification in Health and Social Care, although it is more important that you have a positive, can-do attitude and the willingness to undertake further on-the-job training. All successful candidates will need to undergo an enhanced DBS check before they can commence working with service users.
