Who’s a good fit? Someone who is eager, ambitious, curious, data-driven, creative and fun! Someone who likes to own projects, run experiments, and use data to draw conclusions. Someone who lives in pivot tables. This role is for someone who likes to be challenged. Those with an indefatigable passion for the Pride Media mission of serving LGBTQ people will be most successful.

  • Partner with development team on new web designs and product features with goal of audience growth and retention.

  • Establish SEO best practices and track progress across all digital properties.

  • Grow email subscriber lists and oversee email for all of Pride Media’s properties.

  • Inform strategy: Craft strategy to grow Pride Media’s properties across existing and emerging channels.

  • Content syndication: Oversee implementation and management of all content syndication partner relationships.
