Job Description
The Regional Support Specialist will provide key administrative support to, and partner with, a team of Strategic Account Executives to manage our business and drive growth of our enterprise-level market research and patient engagement solutions within a set of health plan clients. This position offers the opportunity to work directly with clients to scope new projects, assemble pricing proposals, and keep sales forecasts up to date. The ideal candidate will possess meticulous organizational skills, make efficient use of their time, and reflect a strong service orientation – both serving internal sales colleagues as well as external clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to an assigned team of Strategic Account Executives including assisting in the development of proposals, Statement of Works, and coordinating meetings.
- Scheduling and participating in client meetings (remotely) to understand client requirements for new projects and draft proposals accordingly.
- Drafting Statements of Work for new and renewing business for a defined set of health plan clients managed by the assigned Strategic Account Executives
- Reviewing and validating all proposals, Statements of Work, and other contracting documents to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to submission to client
- Administering Salesforce content for assigned team of Strategic Account Executives, including creating and maintaining opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
- Assisting with special administrative projects as required.
To work #bettertogether, we operate with a hybrid working model. For those based near one of our hub locations in Chicago, South Bend or Boston, we gather in our office locations three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). For the remaining days, we work from home.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of Business-to-Business (B2B) sales support experience.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to successfully manage and prioritize multiple time-sensitive projects.
- High level resourcefulness, confidence, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred.
- Must be a self-starter, adaptable to new concepts and exhibit strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Possess a high level of professionalism and have excellent follow-through skills.
- Ability to exercise good judgment and decision-making under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $54,000 - $80,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus or commission tied to achieved results.
