Job Description

As a Marketing Coordinator, Analyst reporting to the Director of Demand Gen Analytics, you will use a data analysis approach to assess marketing success, develop and track objectives and key results, and optimize future campaign tactics. You will manage the collection, reporting, and analysis of data, including gathering digital channel and events metrics and PR/Comms initiatives to showcase the success of campaigns and overarching marketing initiatives. This role will assist with assessment of spend results and track progress against business goals and estimated projections. Additionally, you will use the data to identify optimization opportunities to improve performance and impact broader business focus areas. 

 

What you'll be doing:

  • Turn data into reports and insights while synthesizing and clearly communication analysis both written and verbal 
  • Build reporting cadences and preset insight reviews 
  • Leverages data collection analysis tools and processes to evaluate and optimize all marketing strategies and plans across all multi-media platforms 
  • Maintains reports and dashboards that provide a clear understanding campaign effectiveness and marketing ROI 
  • Responsible for alternative methods of analyzing marketing performance and opportunities for new data collection approaches and techniques 
  • Provide marketing recommendations based on the data collected; in partnership with channel leads 
  • Responsible for understanding consumer behavior and forecasting marketing trends and providing conclusions of data to apply to future marketing communications strategies, tactics, and plans 
  • Understanding data available throughout the organization and leveraging it to build insightful dashboards to understand the prospect to customer journey and improve marketing ROI 

Qualifications

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications/journalism, 1-2 years of experience in marketing (B2B preferred) or marketing communications. This candidate has to be a self-starter, manage multiple deliverables and have strong written and verbal presentation abilities. Additionally, we’re looking for strong analytical and optimization skills to align global best practices and strategic priorities among marketers, business leaders and agency partners, and the ability to create an environment where all are encouraged to constructively challenge ideas/decisions.  

Experience with the following platforms is preferred: 

  • Salesforce 
  • Marketing Automation tools; i.e. Hubspot/Marketo 
  • Google Analytics 
  • LinkedIn Campaign Manager 
  • Google Ad Manager  
  • Google Analytics 
  • PowerBI/Tableau

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $80,000-90,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus or commission tied to achieved results.
