Job Description

**** This is a Temp-to-Perm position with a well-known GLOBAL company! ****

Excellent Base Pay plus commission incentives! Monday through Friday daytime shift with an average first year income ranging from $45k-$55k (base plus commission).

Our client is looking for an adaptable, driven, and enthusiastic person to join the B2B Sales Team. As an Inside Sales Account Executive, you are responsible for driving sales growth within a specified territory and nurturing the overall customer experience for your clients. In this role, you will meet quarterly sales quotas, handle new account development and onboarding, execute various sales programs and promotions, and manage detailed account planning and scheduling in the CRM system.

Responsibilities include:

  • High call-volume role where outbound calls will take up most of the business day
  • Determine customer needs by analyzing market demographics, past purchases, SKU performance and store business goals
  • Increase account business by upselling, cross-selling, etc.
  • Building rapport with customers to provide world class service
  • Meet or exceed all sales goals set for territory including new account activation
  • Develop and focus activities to achieve annual sales plan  

Qualifications

 

  • HS Diploma, Associate Degree desired 
  • 1-5 years of inside sales experience with telemarketing
  • CRM experience - SalesForce experience preferred
  • Must be comfortable and confident in a fast paced, highly transactional environment with quick turnaround expectations
  • Customer focus and dedication to a mutually beneficial relationship
  • Good organizational skills working with multiple projects and deadlines

Temp-to-perm within 60 days, however, will convert as quickly as warranted by the candidate...perhaps even under 30 days!
