Job Description

Sales & Marketing Management

·         Drive business growth and revenue

·         Lead business development activities geared towards growing the number of clients for the hub, training programs and CBT service

·         Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve revenue and profit goals

·         Maintain a high level of product, industry, and market knowledge; identifying trends, opportunities, and business needs.

·         Prepare reports and tracking documents relative to meeting performance goals, forecasting business levels.

 

Partnership Management

·         Coordinate strategic partnerships to drive adoption of Premier Hub’s programmes and facility products.

·         Conduct market research to identify opportunities and inform strategic partner planning and related activities.

·         Oversee partner relationships including developing cold leads and pitching to relevant stakeholders in the ecosystem.

·         Facilitate communication with internal/external stakeholders, providing appropriate constructive challenges, clear outcomes, and commitment to action.

 

Communication Management

·         Drive marketing activities to bring visibility to Premier Hub’s programmes and facility services.

·         Coordinate all communication management activities for maximum reach and engagement.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Degree Level or Equivalent in a related field.
  • Membership of relevant professional body will be an added advantage.
  •  Minimum of 5 years’ cognate experience in business development, sales & marketing or key account management.
  • Experience in developing new markets, creating new accounts, stakeholder, channel partner and client management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) along with organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Good knowledge of the technology ecosystem in Nigeria and across Africa
  • Exceptional stakeholder management ability

Additional Information

Salary: 300,000 naira fixed pay + commissions
