Job Description

As a Marketing & Communications Manager you’ll:

·        Reputation Management: The position will assist with implementing a comprehensive local and national reputation strategy to safeguard and enhance the company’s reputation across all stakeholder audiences. Activities will include curation and deployment of press releases, proactive and reactive social media campaigns, management of digital reputation assets, production of white papers, blogs, podcasts, videos and other collateral, and facilitation of reputation and media events.

·        Brand Management: The position will take a holistic approach to ensure the branding is effective and consistent through all mediums. Activities include website development and management, competitive research, curation of talking points, social media management to increase PWI’s competitive advantage. This includes identifying organizational awards, application and subsequent marketing to impact all areas of the business.

·        Executive Communications: The position will help facilitate implementation of a comprehensive executive positioning and thought leadership strategy for PWI’s Executive Leadership and key strategic leaders. This includes identifying high-value forums, generating event prep materials for confirmed speakers, and working with event and media staff to optimize the presence and content of company speakers.

·        Dealer Communications: This position will ensure brand standards in dealer facing communications. Activities include leveraging the CRM system to create automated behavioral targeted marketing campaigns, assist in new product launches through all mediums, coordinate with PWI’s Training Manager to develop virtual dealer training pathways. 

·        Marketing Collateral: This position will curate, develop and deploy dealer and consumer facing marketing material to drive revenue. Activities include managing print and promotional vendor relationships, the departmental budget, inventory of collateral and designing new assets based on competitive research and sales needs.  

·        Advertising: The position will assist organization growth with the acquisition of new clients through email, direct mail, SEO, SEM and social media advertising.

Qualifications

Degree in related field preferred. Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a marketing, advertising and communications in the Automotive Industry. Must be highly assertive, innovative, results/detail oriented, and a team player. Position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as demonstrated presentation, coaching, time management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize and implement complex initiatives in a high-intensity, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required; strong executive presence and poise a must. Telephone, keyboard, computer, standard office equipment utilized on a regular basis. Travel up to 10%.

Environmental requirements:

Position requires walking, sitting, and standing. Driving automobile to customer premises is required. Varying climates, weather conditions, and walking surfaces, inside and outside.
