AZZ has an exciting 1st shift opportunity for an Electrocoat Technician at our Terrell Texas facility.

Duties and Responsibilities.

• Performs chemical titrations and bath analysis in the various stages of pre-treatment and electro coat systems, as well as physical tests.
• Manage wastewater treatment systems to meet regulatory requirements and minimize environmental impact.
• Maintains inventories of chemicals and test supplies.
• Maintains the performance on the paint line process.
• Maintains the multi-stage pre-treatment, Electro coat, DI water and RO water systems within required operational parameters
• Collects samples and performs routine in-lab tests as required
• Maintains a log of operations and maintenance activities and related records

• Applicable health & safety training.
• 3+ years’ experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Must have and maintain valid driver license.
• Must have the ability to perform basic control laboratory testing and understanding and applying results.

Minimum Education

• High School diploma / Vocational training or equivalent is required
