Pramira is seeking a Project Coordinator based in India. The Project Coordinator will be responsible managing, coordinating, leading projects from initiation through delivery. He or she will be responsible for meeting the project requirements and managing project scope, quality, schedule, budget, resources, and risk. Serve as a liaison between all the cross functional teams.

Project coordinator responsibilities:

• Facilitates and coordinates the work of one or more project teams during execution of large scale programs
• Develops and updates detailed schedules in a database
• Identifies and works to remove barriers to successful completion of the overall project
• Facilitates decision making processes as appropriate, serving as liaison between project managers, and mediating disagreements on approach to tasks within the overall project
• Provides timely project status updates to the delivery management team
• Generates customized reports
• Tracks contracts, purchase orders, submittals and completes project close-out packages
• Tracks all major and minor milestones associated with end-to-end deployment activities
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

·        2+ years’ related administrative experience

·        Detail-oriented and organized

·        Strong communication and customer service skills

·        Solid understanding of MS Office
