This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants to be part of a growing company in the telecommunications and utilities sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Issue and update 3-week lookahead schedules weekly, ensuring alignment with field production.
  • Track crew assignments, production logs, and progress against daily/weekly targets.

  • Support the Project Manager and Fiber Supervisor by generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Work with Warehouse Supervisor to align material dispatch with field schedules.
  • Escalate schedule variances and propose recovery plans (e.g., reallocation of crews, surge scheduling).
  • Maintain accurate records for client reporting and internal dashboards.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • 2–3 years of scheduling or project coordination experience; telecom, utilities, or construction background is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Smartsheet, Excel, or similar scheduling/project tracking tools.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable working with remote leadership and collaborating across time zones.
