Job Description

Position Overview: As a Project Management Intern, you will provide vital support to the project management team in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects. You will gain real-world experience in site management, project coordination, and monitoring progress. This internship will help you build key skills in managing timelines, budgets, resources, and contractor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of project schedules, cost estimates, and budgets.
  • Support the tracking of project timelines and progress to ensure that all milestones are met.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Help prepare project reports, including status updates and budget reviews.
  • Maintain and organize project documentation such as contracts, change orders, and drawings.
  • Assist in identifying potential project risks and contribute to mitigation planning.
  • Attend construction meetings, take meeting notes, and assist with the follow-up on action items.
  • Help in resolving day-to-day project issues, escalating where necessary.
  • Learn to navigate safety regulations and ensure compliance with safety standards on-site.
