Job Description

Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Operations Intern to support our operations team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for business processes, project management, and organizational efficiency. You will gain hands-on experience in optimizing business operations, analyzing data, and supporting key operational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in analyzing and improving operational processes across various departments
  • Help with the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management
  • Support the implementation of operational projects and initiatives
  • Conduct market research to gather insights for business decision-making
  • Assist in tracking and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational efficiency
  • Support the coordination of team meetings, maintaining timelines, and ensuring smooth communication between departments
  • Assist with data entry, database management, and process documentation
  • Help prepare operational budgets and assist with cost management
  • Provide general administrative support to the business operations team as needed

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (or recent graduate)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with data analytics tools is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Prior experience in business operations, internships, or project management is a plus, but not required
