Job Description

Site Acquitistion Management

• Manage site leasing and acquisition agreements for the installation of telecommunications infrastructure at multiple sites.

• Adept in reviewing contract of lease.

Contracts Management

  • Draft, negotiate and review contracts and legal documents, to document legal rights and obligations and/or comply with legal documentation requirements.
  • Issue legal opinions on contract interpretation and implementation in coordination with appropriate departments, to clarify legal rights and obligations;
  • Prepare letters and correspondence in connection with legal issues referred.

Permits Compliance Monitoring

  • Supervises permits and compliance for business development, solar, water and energy efficiency operations from government agencies, through coordination with appropriate departments, management and supervision of legal officers / paralegals, to comply with legal requirements;

General Legal Services

  • Development – Research, assist and provide legal support, including review of bidding requirements, for new projects.
  • General Query – provide guidance and suggested course of action to legal issues and queries involving corporate /plant operations;
  • Support – provide support to the Senior Manager on general legal services, including corporate housekeeping and litigation.

Others

  • Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

 

 

 

Qualifications

  • Member of the Philippine Bar
  • At least ten (10) years practice of law and litigation
  • Excellent writing and legal research skills
  • Good oral and communication skills
  • Knowledge of computer applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint
  • Knowledge of digital legal research tools
  • Knowledge of contract, tax , and labor laws, rules, and regulations
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Able to work without supervision
