Job Description

The Project Coordinator will support to our Central Region site development team. Responsibilities include:

  • Create and update project documents and schedule meetings
  • Assist in preparing project proposals and timelines
  • Track project activities
  • Update tracking spreadsheet on daily basis
  • Responsible for deliverable uploads to customer’s database
  • Prepare and process customer purchase orders and invoicing
  • Process vendor purchase order requests

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years project coordination experience
  • Must have experience in Telecommunications industry (Site Acquisition a must, A&E experience is a plus) 
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to work independently as well as with others
  • Strong communication, organization, and planning skills
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Lives within the ILWI or KSMO markets.
