• Fulfill the assessment of data that determines additional requirements to make a wireless facility operate as designed and intended considering Repair & Maintenance Objectives & Safety Concerns.
• Project Manager shall schedule, receive deliverable, process deliverable, and report on a weekly cadence FCR updates.
• Project Manager will support the Integration & Commissioning Services (Field Acceptance Audit) to assure T-Mobile delivers new and existing technologies per T-Mobile Standards.
• Project Manager shall attain and become the primary contributor to assure all Construction Drawing are reviewed and red lined representing operations department. The Project Manager will assure the NTP process is followed, adhered to, and successful. 
  • (a) Review all upcoming Construction Drawings representing the Operations Team. 
  • (b) Conduct upcoming Deployment Operations NTP approval process. 
  • (c) Assure all documents are reviewed, tracked, uploaded, shared, and accurate pertaining to specific process and POR.
• Projects Manager will support the post completion & post launch construction and integration activities by providing direction, escalation, and accountability to Build Plan Vendors ongoing issues that require a trouble ticket or problem record. Basic reporting and notes on pre-work activities daily.
• Provide visibility for actual day to day objectives and workload associated to running the project.
• Provide support for a temporary period to support audits, integrations, planning, business as usual managed services.

Minimum Skill Requirement:

Project Managers will have strong working knowledge of the Nokia RAN, Construction, and Project Management of GSM, UMTS, LTE, 5G, Small Cell, DAS platforms.

• Will be able to workdays, nights, and weekends as required to support project completion.
• Project Managers have a good understanding of Project Management, Construction management, and will be able to work across many departments.
• Project Managers will schedule, track, measure, and report daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress to key stakeholders.
• PM have expert level excel, power point, word experience. Power BI (data analytics) is also a preferred skill set.
