Established in 1998 Prairie Senior Cottages provides Assisted Living Specialized Dementia Services for no more than 20 individuals in our residential setting.

After 9 years of service our RN/Case Manager is retiring. Hours are FT (30 plus), days, and provide great flexibility with on call for medical direction.
