Job Description

Prairie Community Services, Crestwood, is looking to hire Direct Support Providers to work with individuals with intellectual disabilities, brain injuries, and /or mental illness. This program is located in Roseau, MN.

1 Part time position with 40 hours every 2 weeks. Shifts include 6am-3pm Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Every other weekend 3-10pm Saturday and Sunday.
1 Full time position with 60+ hours every 2 weeks. Shifts include evenings and every other weekend.

Qualifications

Interested applicants must be highly motivated, detail oriented, and reliable. Previous Direct Care experience and/or CNA (NAR) certification also qualify candidates for higher starting wages and shift differentials.

Additional Information
