Job Description

Looking for applicants to provide support to individuals with mental health and developmental disabilities in a home-like setting. 

Multiple positions from Full to Part time.  Various hours per week. Shifts available day time, evenings, and overnight.

Job duties include assisting with daily living skills, providing guidance and supervision, and providing encouragement and support per the person's individual goals.  Good communication skills, being reliable, ability to be flexible and work well with others are all ideal applicant qualities.

 

Qualifications

Applicants must be Male, be able to pass a State of MN. DHS background study, and meet company driving criteria.  All training is provided for this position.  If there are females interested in working in this field, they are encouraged to check into other PCS locations in the Morris area.
