Job Description

We're looking for a true B2B revenue leader. A power hitter, who can not only generate leads and beat revenue goals but thoughtfully monetize their relationships and experience to drive online B2B-focused customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating and executing revenue programs in B2B spaces using the latest demand generation and online tools with proven success, and understands what it takes to build a great sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement online revenue programs to generate interest in a new business platform.
  • Drive subscription revenue model experimentation to identify the right pricing and positioning to scale the business, and use that experience to create a repeatable sales process.
  • Think like a growth-hacker who understands how inbound marketing and sales work together to drive growth.
  • Identifies potential new customers; conducts product tours and invites clients/potential clients to sales events as appropriate; prepares and presents customized proposals.
  • Prepares and/or processes business status reports, sales analyses, expense reports, various other reports memos and correspondence.
  • Lead current sales efforts with ability to recruit and expand the team to execute on the programs you develop.

Qualifications

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in B2B sales for an Internet company, with a proven track record. Online Subscriptions, Data, Finance, and/or Media sales experience a plus.
  • Excellent people skills; able to work with and report to experienced ‘C’ level executives
  • Proven experience leading inside or outside sales efforts.
  • Experience & proven ability to manage in-house or outsourced call center.
  • Expert analytical skills and experience with sales, marketing, segmentation, testing and measurement techniques.
  • Global experience a plus.
  • Excited about startups, business markets and SME market.
  • Must live accessible to midtown Manhattan office.
  • Flexible working hours a must, light travel may be expected for high priority clients
