EXPERIENCED Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and passionate individual who has the ability to multitask with attention to detail.     

Responsibilities:

Maintains all accounts payable files to include scanning/filing invoices in designated areas and updating vendor information on computer.*

Matches purchase orders with vendor invoices to assure accuracy and prepare for computer entry on a daily basis.*

Mails accounts payable checks with appropriate supporting documentation.*

Monitors all paperwork, invoices, correspondence and verbal communication with vendors.*

Researches and responds to all accounts payable inquiries in a prompt manner.*

Enter AR invoices accurately on designated website for our customers.

Support in other accounting tasks as needed

·         Proficient in Microsoft Excel

·         A/P experience is a plus

·         Ability to multi-task

·         Team player

·         Attention to detail

·         Problem solving skills

·         Excellent Organization skills

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Knowledge of ERP software a plus
