Job Description

We are hiring an Analyst to join our Financial Operations team. You will work alongside other business and finance professionals and report directly to the Finance lead. Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing some user acceptance testing. To succeed in this role you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.


  • Updating numerous data reports daily

  • Reconciling bank accounts

  • Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts

  • Changing homeowners due dates, waiving fees and sending statements

  • Assisting the Customer Service and Sales teams with questions related to finance



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field

  • Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills

  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet strict deadlines

  • Proficient in Google Drive and Microsoft Office

  • Professional written, verbal and interpersonal skills
