Job Description

We are hiring sales development representatives to support our mid-market and business account executives. You will be responsible for representing our brand and leaving a positive impression that sets the standard for the entire customer life cycle. You will also become an expert in our business and products as you prepare for the next step in your sales career.

Salary range: $49000 - $59000 per year.


  • Highlights the characteristics of the product based on the analysis of customer needs and technical knowledge of the capabilities and limitations of the product.

  • Investigate companies and approach potential customers through a targeted sales strategy that includes calls, email, social participation, and events.

  • Identifies potential clients and creates new opportunities through the use of business directories, following the clues of existing clients/suppliers, participating in industry organizations and clubs, and attending fairs and conferences.

  • Build client relationships through service excellence and balance their campaign needs with your proactive approach.

  • Effectively build strong business relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer expectations are met.


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • 1-2 years of experience working in a customer service or sales capacity preferred.

  • Prior success in achievement working independently and/or team sales quota/goals.

  • Demonstrated ability to excellently communicate with customers in a fast-paced environment while developing positive customer relationships.

  • You are passionate about testing, measuring, and improving the effectiveness of the disclosure.

  • Enjoy being part of a team and doing whatever it takes to help that team succeed.
