Job Description

We are looking to hire a Brand Promoter to join our team. The Brand Promotor role is accountable for creating and providing an outstanding customer experience that exemplifies the authenticity of Power of 3. You will also assist us in going out to our special events and helping with customer service, public relations, advertising, community outreach, interacting with the public, and marketing. 

Responsibilities

  • Work with internal teams to understand brand target audiences and incorporate this into the decision-making process to choose the appropriate placements, ad channels, and budget.

  • Positively promote the brand at all times via educating others about us.

  • Assist in driving selling, and service metrics such as; conversion, average dollar per transaction, average unit retail.

  • Work well with a team and calm speaking in front of groups and engaging with new people in person and digitally.

  • Answer all incoming calls and forward calls them to the appropriate person/department. 

  • Develop, maintain and drive personal customer relationship management through clientele and after-sale customer engagement

  • Other responsibilities may be added to meet the needs of the business.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused environment

  • Proven track record of successful sales experience

  • Experience working with affluent and luxury brands is an asset

  • High-volume traffic experience is an asset

  • Available to work a range of shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the store.

  • Time management and multi-tasking skills

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and team orientated environment

  • Adaptable to the elements that may impact the overall customer experience
