Job Description

Power of 3 is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is equally challenging and rewarding. You'll be on the phone for long periods, encountering all types of communication styles and personalities as you help resolve conflicts or issues. You'll deal with challenging situations, and resolve customer concerns positively, simplified so that customers fully understand their solutions.



  • Develop creative strategies to enhance customer experiences.

  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.

  • Receive and respond to incoming customer communication through phone, email, social media, online ordering, and written correspondence.

  • Handle all incoming requests from customers and ensuring that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.

  • Serves as an extension of sales to expand business revenue by exploring all opportunities with customers.


  • Minimum High School Diploma/GED

  • Critical listening skills combined with patience and genuine empathy

  • Ability to assess a situation and initiative to improve the customer experience

  • Confident performing under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • Effective execution of Customer Service skills

  • Intermediate to advanced PC skills using: Microsoft Windows, Office Suite, Web-based applications, and multiple Internet browsers
