Job Description

KPI's

1.Support the Business Development team in conducting Technical Site Surveys (TSS) 

for captive, embedded generation, and Interconnected grid energy projects. 

2.Carry out preliminary technical assessments including load analysis, energy 

consumption evaluation, diesel consumption analysis, and infrastructure assessment. 

3.Support system sizing, preliminary designs, and development of technical solutions for 

solar PV and hybrid energy systems. 

4.Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals, presentations, RFQs, tenders, 

and customer-facing documentation. 

5.Participate in client meetings, technical discussions, and site visits to support 

opportunity origination and project development activities. 

6.Conduct feasibility assessments, energy savings analysis, and support financial 

evaluations for renewable energy projects. 

7.Coordinate with design and engineering, finance, legal, operations, EPC contractors 

and OEMs to support project development processes. 

8.Support market research, pipeline development, and identification of renewable energy 

opportunities across C&I and grid-focused customers. 

9.Maintain accurate project documentation, technical reports, site assessment records, 

and pipeline tracking information. 

10.Support the successful development and closure of renewable energy opportunities 

through effective technical and commercial collaboration. 

Qualifications

  • First degree in Engineering {Electrical, Mechanical, Civil or Renewable Energy 
  • engineering} or related discipline. 
  • 3–5 years’ experience in renewable energy, solar PV, power systems, or related 
  • technical. 
  • Project development and management skills 
  • Ability to innovate and solve problems.Highly organized and detail-oriented 
  • Experience and proven ability to collaborate across teams. 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills 
  • Practiced flexibility to lend a hand wherever needed. 
  • Enthusiasm in working in the field of renewable energy! 
  • Experience in Microsoft suites 
  • Experience with Homer, PVsyst
