PowerGen Renewable Energy is a micro-grid developer and Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) company for Commercial and Industrial (C&I) solar projects in Africa. PowerGen is creating an African energy system that utilizes clean, renewable energy and smarter grids to deliver power to all.

We build, own and operate AC micro-grids and C&I solar projects to bring power to residential, commercial and industrial customers. Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist with managing customer inquiries & issue resolution through various channels such as email, phone, and social media
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and feedback
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in the company's CRM system.
- Provide basic technical support to customers over the phone or through email, SMS or WhatsApp chats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Support the creation and maintenance of customer-facing materials such as FAQs, user manuals, and training materials
- Participate in customer outreach activities such as webinars, events, and community engagement programs
- Assist with sales and marketing activities, such as lead generation & campaigns
- Complete customer surveys, customer sign up and other data gathering activities within a selected community for mini-grid operation
- Assist in conducting customer surveys and analyzing feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform customer team strategy and tactics
- Provide administrative support to the customer service team as needed.
- Other duties as assigned by the customer manager
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Graduate in a relevant field
- Fluency in English, both in written and oral communications. An added advantage would be fluency in Hausa, Yoruba, Igbo, or other ethnic Nigerian languages
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong customer service skills and experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to learn and work with new software quickly.

- High level of integrity
