Our restaurant welcomes between 650 and 800 guests’ each day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily, operating 365 days of the year.

Job Description
As a supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and motivating a large waiting team, ensuring a positive working environment.
- Hands-on support for the team throughout each meal service.
- Ensuring our service standards are consistently upheld to deliver a 5-Star experience to every guest.
- Complete station checks with a keen eye and high levels of attention to detail.
- Completing administrative tasks, such as preparing table plans, responding to emails, liaising with our Sales team, dealing with responding to queries, planning rota’s and station allocation.
- Monitor team performance and service efficiency.
- Addressing any guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Supporting the restaurant manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
- Problem solving skills with the ability to react quickly and efficiently in dealing with the daily needs and challenges of the Restaurant Operation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain strong working relationships across the Resort.
- Inspiring and mentoring the team to achieve their very best.
Hours of work:
This is a part-time position working flexible hours around your availability, as well as the needs of the business.
Due to the nature of the operation, the hours of work will vary and will include weekends, evenings and bank holidays on a rota basis.
Although we require a flexible and adaptable approach towards shift patterns, we also strongly support and encourage a health work-life-balance.
Qualifications
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience of working in a supervisory role with the responsibility of directly supervising and managing a team.
- Experience of working within a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
- Exceptional standards in relation to customer service.
