Join Our Restaurant Team – Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences All Year Round

We’re looking for friendly, energetic, and hardworking individuals to join our restaurant team. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality dining experiences for our guests in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Whether you’re new to hospitality or bring previous experience, we’re looking for people with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for great service.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Experience
Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests. Take orders accurately, answer menu queries, and ensure every guest enjoys a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience.

Food & Beverage Service
Serve food and drinks efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation and service. Support the smooth flow of service by delivering orders promptly and responding to guest needs.

Cleanliness & Presentation
Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness throughout the restaurant. Clear and reset tables, ensure service areas are tidy, and contribute to a well-presented environment.

Teamwork
Work collaboratively with colleagues and the kitchen team to ensure efficient service and a positive working environment.

Health & Safety
Follow all food hygiene and health & safety procedures to ensure a safe and compliant environment for guests and team members.

Hours:  

This is a full time position, working 40hours per week - 5 days out of 7 to include weekends and bank holidays

You will work split shifts each day (3 shifts per day, details below) 

• Breakfast 07.45 - 11.30
• Lunch 12.15 - 15.00
• Dinner 18.15 - 22.00

Rates of pay:

• £12.71 per hour - (Over 21 years)
• £10.80 per hour - (18 - 20 years)

• A friendly, positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering great hospitality
• Previous waiting experience is beneficial but not essential – full training will be provided
• The ability to stay calm and organised in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays as part of a rota
• A proactive team player who’s always willing to support others and get involved
