Job Description:
Position: Bars Team Member
Location: Potters Resorts Five Lakes, Tolleshunt Knights, CM9 8HX
Type: Full Time 

The Role:
As a Bars Team Member, you’ll be right at the heart of our resort experience, serving quality drinks and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Whether you’re crafting a classic cocktail or serving a comforting hot drink, you’ll help deliver the warm, inviting feel that makes winter at Potters Resorts so special — and that lasts throughout every season.

You’ll also:

• Deliver excellent customer service to every guest
• Serve a wide range of all-inclusive and premium drinks including tea, coffee, milkshakes, cocktails, and alcoholic beverages
• Thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment
• Maintain strong attention to detail, including keeping tables clear and tidy
• Attend training sessions to ensure you’re confident with alcohol laws and procedures
• Keep the bar area clean, organised, and fully stocked
• Work well within a dynamic team
• Help make sure every guest leaves with a smile

Hours of work: 

• Full-time position - working 40 hours per week.  
• Working 5 days out of 7 to include weekends and bank holidays
• Bar opening times: 9am – 2.30am
• 8 hour shifts include; days, evenings, and lates
• All straight shifts around the needs of the business 

** Rates of pay - Based upon age:

£12.21 per hr (Over 21)

£10.00 per hour – 18 - 20

Qualifications – What We’re Looking For:
• A friendly, enthusiastic attitude and a passion for hospitality
• Previous bar experience is a bonus, but not essential — full training is provided
• Ability to work well under pressure and maintain high standards
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
• A team player who’s always willing to get stuck in
