Postal.io is an integrated direct mail platform for sales and marketing teams that leverages machine learning to automate and optimize the delivery and reporting of personalized physical assets in the sales process. The system can easily integrate with existing CRM systems, Sales and Marketing Automation Platforms, or can be used independently.

As Director of Recruiting, you will need to scout and recruit premium, top industry talent who complement the Postal.io culture. You will work closely with executives to establish long-term recruiting strategy and ensure a quality recruiting process for all parties involved. Culture is critical to Postal, so we hold this position very highly as we want someone who will help us scale our company while maintaining our core culture values.
- Has 3-5 years of recruiting experience
- Is prepared (and excited) to rapidly grow an early startup
- Has an impeccable eye for talent, and understanding of the vision for the culture Postal is trying to grow
- Is analytical and processes strong problem-solving skills
- Holds a true passion for people management, coaching, and recruiting
- Has a BS or BA
