Job Description


The Senior Business Analyst plays the role of a maestro for the Business in the organization. The potential team member should be able to provide advice to the senior management team in terms of digital transformations, lead a global team of business analysts, maintain client relationships, and manage regulatory bodies and contracts. 

The team member shall work with business partners and clients to understand business and technology requirements to guide clients and development teams in delivering multi-disciplinary projects.

Technical Background and Expertise are required for this position as projects are highly technical.

Strategic Responsibilities:

  • Provide improvement suggestions to the Board of Directors/top management to identify and run improvement initiatives that support strategy deployment, focusing on process improvement and digitalization;
  • Become a “go-to” person for advice on improvement around processes and digitalization and establish and coordinate global best practice sharing, set up communities, and develop training materials;
  • Manage and steer multiple projects along the entire project life-cycle. (E.g. strategy implementation, improvement & transformation initiatives, focusing on process improvement and digitalization)
  • Derive actionable ideas, prioritize, and translate them into projects in alignment with key stakeholders, 
  • Support the Leadership team in identifying and evaluating digital use cases;

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Work with business analysts to prepare proposals and supporting documents for tender/bid submissions;
  • Organize and architect content/features/functionality for new and existing websites and applications;
  • Review effort estimation and user stories for the projects;
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to communicate design/product and project strategy;
  • Determine the best testing approach and partner with the QA team to support the testing of functionality of the projects to meet evolving client requirements;
  • We expect the role to take initiative in driving the business by acquiring new projects;
  • Supervise business team including the UI/UX team to achieve their performance goals;


  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field; with 7+ years industry experience including working with a software engineering team or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience;

Must have:

  • Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector;
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies;
  • Should have proven project management experience, and experience with Project Management Software such as Trello, JIRA, or similar;
  • Strong understanding of SCRUM and KANBAN methodologies;
  • Applicants should have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving skills, creative thinking skills, and be passionate about project management & UI/UX;
  • Have a strong understanding of wireframing/user stories to actively participate in designing the user experience of the projects;

Good to have:

  • Good understanding of interactive web technologies;
  • Understanding of QA process, testing, and automation;
  • Experience in keeping a rapport with regulatory bodies;
