Language Proficiency in Thai & English is a must.

Position is going to be WFH mostly until things are safe, and we will still prefer remote work for now.

You will get the opportunity to work on some of the largest and highest traffic applications and software services.

Must be based in Bangkok, Thailand.

Business Analysts will be intrapreneurs who will work with business partners and clients to understand the requirements and guide the development team in delivering the projects.

Technical Background and Expertise is required for this position as projects are highly technical.

If you have the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly then the below applies to you:

• The individual needs to proactively gather requirements from the clients, understand, analyse and document them;

• Our analysts have to prepare proposals and supporting documents for tender/bid submissions;

• We focus on working efficiently which requires the candidate to have a clear understanding of making Project Timelines, identify dependencies and plan projects accordingly;

• Organize and architect content/features/functionality for new and existing websites and applications;

• The analyst is expected to prepare and maintain effort estimation and user stories for the projects;

• Work closely with key stakeholders to communicate design/product and project strategy;

• Determine the best testing approach and partner with the QA team to support testing of functionality of the projects to meet evolving client requirements;

• We expect our new team member to take initiative in driving the business by acquiring new projects;

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field; with 3+ years industry experience including working with a software engineering team or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience;

• Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector;

• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies;

• Should have proven project management experience, and experience with Project Management Software such as Trello, JIRA, or similar;

• Understanding SCRUM and KANBAN methodologies would be a bonus;

• Applicants should have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving skills, creative thinking skills, and be passionate about project management & UI/UX;

• Have a strong understanding of wireframing/user stories to actively participate in designing the user experience of the projects;

• Good understanding of interactive web technologies;

• Communication skill is very important for this role; our engineers work across every team in the organization. Applicants should be able to communicate not only with other developers but also with management, non-tech team members & external parties.

• Someone who will take ownership of a feature or application from initial conception through release while also assisting others when the need arises.

• Have an understanding of virtualization and containerization as a tool for growing scalability, reliability, and expediency.

• Ability to learn and teach new technologies and skills as new technology is introduced.
