Job Description

    • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive
      research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience
    • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content
      (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful
      connections and encourages community members to take action
    • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
    • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
    • Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
    • Continuously
       improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics,
       insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
    • Collaborate
       with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage
      reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions

  • Act as the key client contact point for digital marketing services.

  • Content production-writing, Updating and creating socials content to drive interaction.

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and vendors, maintain frequent contact with them.

  • Create digital strategies for assigned customers, considering their specific requirements.

  • Suggest, design and implement digital campaigns.

  • Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner.

  • Present social media strategies to clients.

  • Report on web performance metrics.

  • Analyze digital campaigns success.

  • Day to day management of content on social platforms.

  • Description: Required to run social media pages, boost posts, create different promotion objectives, run campaigns, execute various kinds of conversion tracking, create reports on page performance and manage client expectations in terms of page image.


Bachelor's Degree or professional level of knowledge in a specialized field, or equivalent.

Minimum 2-3 years experience.
