Job Description

Role Purpose

In this Marketing Business Partner position, you will support growth across a portfolio of practices by delivering targeted marketing plans, campaigns and local activity aligned to business priorities. Working closely with Operations, Clinical leaders and the wider Marketing team, the role focuses on driving patient acquisition, supporting demand-challenged practices and improving commercial performance.

 

Please note this is a hybrid role, working 1 to 2 days per week in our lovely Cheltenham office

 

Role responsibilities:

Marketing planning and performance

  • Develop and deliver practice marketing plans that support wider business objectives and respond to local needs.
  • Use performance data, customer insight and local knowledge to identify priorities and opportunities.
  • Support demand-challenged and business-critical practices with targeted, practical marketing activity.
  • Monitor performance, share insights and make recommendations to help improve results.

Campaign delivery

  • Plan and deliver engaging local, regional and treatment-led campaigns.
  • Coordinate activity across digital, creative and agency partners to ensure a joined-up approach.
  • Deliver campaigns on time, within budget and with a clear focus on impact and return on investment.
  • Track and share campaign performance, highlighting successes, learnings and opportunities for improvement.

Stakeholder management

  • Build positive, trusted relationships with Operations Managers, Practice Managers and Clinical Leaders.
  • Provide clear, practical marketing recommendations informed by insight and data.
  • Share ideas and best practice, helping teams make the most of marketing opportunities and initiatives.

Practice support

  • Help practices understand and make the most of effective marketing activity.
  • Provide training, guidance and practical support on marketing tools, campaigns and best practice.
  • Work closely with Marketing Advisors to ensure practices receive the right level of support across the estate.

Governance and reporting

  • Ensure all marketing activity meets brand, regulatory and governance requirements.
  • Report clearly on performance, successes, risks and opportunities.
  • Look for ways to make marketing activity more effective, efficient and valuable to our practices and patients.

Success Measures

  • Growth in new patient enquiries and acquisition.
  • Improved practice performance.
  • Successful and impactful delivery of marketing campaigns.
  • Positive and collaborative stakeholder engagement.
  • Demonstrable return on marketing investment.

 

We welcome your application to our Marketing Business Partner vacancy if you have the following qualifications and skills:

  • Professional marketing training or qualifications (such as CIM or digital marketing courses) are desirable but not essential.
  • 2+ years’ experience in a multisite or matrix organisation, ideally within marketing, campaign management, consulting or account management.
  • Strong commercial, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn insight into practical action.
  • Experience interpreting data and using it to identify opportunities and improve performance.
  • Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing, including PPC, social media and campaign performance.
  • Experience managing agency or supplier relationships.
  • Multi-site, healthcare or consumer-facing experience is desirable.
