Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a patient-focused Practice Manager looking for a rewarding role in a friendly and professional environment to join our Jones Dental practice in Rugby.
- Full time, 40 hours per week
- Monday – Friday
- Salary from £16 per hour in line with experience
- Free on-site parking and good transport links
- Modern & purpose built private practice providing dental excellence to patients in Ruby & wider community
- Supportive and collaborative operations manager and business partners, assisting with overall practice growth and management
About you
We’d love to receive your application to our Practice Manager vacancy if you have the following skills and experience:
- A healthcare, retail, hospitality, or similar service-focused background - experience managing a dental practice or strong leadership experience as a lead dental nurse is an added bonus, but not essential
- Passionate about delivering great service
- Leading and supporting colleagues to perform at their best
- Confident working with financials (P&L, KPIs, budgets)
- Focused on delivering operational excellence: from fully-functioning equipment and facilities, to a compliant, process-driven practice team
